Our Company is equipped with machines allowing for recovering energy contained in impurities of charge materials (paints, oils), which allows for reducing consumption of heat generated from non-renewable sources (natural gas). Full control of the combustion process along with constant analysis of temperature and content of carbon oxide in the furnace atmosphere allows for reducing manufacturing costs as well as significant reduction of carbon dioxide emission (causing global warming) to the atmosphere. State of the art filters (DANTHERM bag filters) guarantee dust emission (by-product of the melting process) significantly below the limit allowed by applicable standards.
